Wheel4Life Cycle and Fun Day

Cork University Hospital officially launch Wheel4Life 2016 with Bishopstown GAA 11th July 2016: CUH Charity today launched the second Wheel4Life Charity Cycle with the help of Munster Rugby Captain, Peter O’Mahony and Senior Hurler, Shane O’Neill. Funds raised from the 2016 cycle will support the expansion and refurbishment of the Chemotherapy Day Unit in Cork University Hospital, by increasing the number of treatment bays in the Unit. Supported by Bishopstown GAA, the cycle will take place on Sunday 28th August at the Bishopstown GAA Club.

Rathacormac Mud Run

The Rathcormac Mud Challenge welcomes participants of all fitness levels looking for a bit of an adventure! The event takes place on September 10th with part of the proceeds going to the Children's Unit here in Cork University Hospital, Scoil Bride NS Rathcormac and Bishop O'Brien NS Bartlemy. Strictly CUH

The Children’s Unit of Cork University Hospital, in association with CUH Charity will host an exciting ‘Strictly CUH’ Dance Extravaganza, on Friday 18th November at The Cork Opera House. Over 55 dancers, who are mostly CUH staff members from across 21 Departments and medical specialisms throughout the hospital, will perform dance routines from Salsa, Swing, Rumba, American Smooth, Bollywood Battle, Tango, Cha Cha, Mambo, Rock n’ Roll, Charleston and Waltzs!
