International Clinical Trials Day
To celebrate International Clinical Trials Day, the HRB – Clinical Research Facility – Cork (CRF-C) will host an information stand for the general public in the Cardiac Renal Tower of the Cork University Hospital from 11am to 3pm on 20th May 2016.
Wheel4Life Cycle and Fun Day
Cork University Hospital officially launch Wheel4Life 2016 with Bishopstown GAA 11th July 2016: CUH Charity today launched the second Wheel4Life Charity Cycle with the help of Munster Rugby Captain, Peter O’Mahony and Senior Hurler, Shane O’Neill. Funds raised from the 2016 cycle will support the expansion and refurbishment of the Chemotherapy Day Unit in Cork University Hospital, by increasing the number of treatment bays in the Unit. Supported by Bishopstown GAA, the cycle will take place on Sunday 28th August at the Bishopstown GAA Club.
Rathacormac Mud Run
The Rathcormac Mud Challenge welcomes participants of all fitness levels looking for a bit of an adventure! The event takes place on September 10th with part of the proceeds going to the Children's Unit here in Cork University Hospital, Scoil Bride NS Rathcormac and Bishop O'Brien NS Bartlemy. CUH Charity Summer Raffle Winners 2016

CUH Charity would like to thank everyone who attended the CUH Charity Gala Ball on the 7th October and to all the companies and individuals throughout Munster who helped raise over €40,000 on the night
Strictly CUH
The Children’s Unit of Cork University Hospital, in association with CUH Charity will host an exciting ‘Strictly CUH’ Dance Extravaganza, on Friday 18th November at The Cork Opera House. Over 55 dancers, who are mostly CUH staff members from across 21 Departments and medical specialisms throughout the hospital, will perform dance routines from Salsa, Swing, Rumba, American Smooth, Bollywood Battle, Tango, Cha Cha, Mambo, Rock n’ Roll, Charleston and Waltzs!
