The ‘King of the Hill’ triathlon is once again a National Series ranking race and is taking place on Saturday, 25th July 2015. This sprint distance triathlon has been run for the past 16 years in Kinsale. The course is unchanged, starting with a 750m swim at the sheltered Dock Beach in Kinsale, followed by an undulating 20km bike ride towards Dunderrow and finishing off with a 5km ‘run’ out and back over the eponymous hill which is breathtaking in more ways than one!
