With the funds raised by CUH Charity and our supporters, we furnished the CUH Children’s Unit with 23 bedside chairs. The chairs are a welcome addition as those previously within the unit were outdated. The new chairs will provide more comfort for visitors during what is often a very stressful time, and are large enough to sleep on.

This donation to the Children’s Unit is a significant milestone in our Children’s Unit Appeal, and we look forward to being able to provide more vital equipment for Cork’s sick children and their families. We would like to offer our sincere thanks to the public for their generosity, which made the donation a possibility.  Whether you took part in the Cork City Marathon, the Cycle to Sydney Challenge in Women’s Fitness, or attended any event to support the CUH Charity and the Children’s Unit—we express our utmost gratitude.
