Permanent TSB staff donate €121,000 to CUH Charity on behalf of the Children’s Unit at CUH. Employees of Permanent TSB Bank have raised €121,000 for Cork University Hospital (CUH) Children’s Unit and an additional €121,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland (CF Ireland).
The Children’s Unit of Cork University Hospital, in association with CUH Charity will host an exciting ‘Strictly CUH’ Dance Extravaganza, on Friday 18th November at The Cork Opera House. Over 55 dancers, who are mostly CUH staff members from across 21 Departments and medical specialisms throughout the hospital, will perform dance routines from Salsa, Swing, Rumba, American Smooth, Bollywood Battle, Tango, Cha Cha, Mambo, Rock n’ Roll, Charleston and Waltzs!

CUH Charity and Blarney Toastmasters have joined forces to offer an exciting new event, our 12 hour 'Speak Up for Cancer' Speakathon in aid of Cancer Services at Cork University Hospital. How does it work? Our 12 hour Speakathon, taking place from 9am-9pm on Saturday 5th of November at The Kingsley Hotel is broken down into 7 minute slots, which are available to anyone who would like to take part on the day and have some fun while raising vital funds for Cancer Services at CUH Hospital.

CUH Charity is delighted to announce our new Christmas fundraising campaign, in aid of the Children’s Unit at Cork University Hospital, ‘Pull up Your Christmas Socks for CUH Children’s Unit’. This year, you can support the work of the largest Children’s Unit outside of Dublin, by wearing your own pair of socks (which you can buy in local shops and stores from Penneys to Dunnes etc) and come out in force on THURSDAY 1ST DECEMBER 2016 and literally ‘WEAR, ENJOY & DONATE’ to help support the work of the largest hospital in the region.
