Cork Institute of Technology will be hosting “Winter Wonderland”. The fun filled family day takes place on Sunday the 8th of December from 12pm-3pm in the Nexus student centre. The event is association with Cork University Hospital (C.U.H.) and all funds raised will be donated to the children’s ward.

“We are delighted to be supporting C.U.H charity through our MSc in Marketing Practice students who have designed and organised the event” said Dr. Pio Fenton, head of Marketing and International business at Cork Institute of Technology.

Activities on the day will include bouncing castles, face painting,  DJ and live music, goat mobile, cartoon characters, raffle with spot prizes, world champion street performer, circus entertainment, puppet shows and a visit to Santa promises to make the event a memorable and magical experience for the whole family to enjoy.

This one off family event is located in the Bishopstown area and brings an affordable Christmas to the whole community.

Tickets are €12 per child aged 1-12, €20 for 2 children and €25 for 3. Adults are free. Tickets will be available online from the 28th of December with a limited number available on the door at the day of the event.
