Cork University Hospital (CUH) Charity is holding a fundraising party night with a difference taking over Cork’s Club Brasserie, Lapp’s Quay, on Friday, 7th November. Launched today by Munster’s Peter O’Mahony and his girlfriend Jessica Moloney, the night will include dinner, drinks, an array of casino games with fantastic prizes, live music from the Loungeman and a DJ till late.
Tickets can be bought from Eventbrite at Eventbrite.ie or via email through [email protected] or phone on 021 4234529. All proceeds from the event are going towards raising vital funds for Cork University Hospital.
Speaking about the event, Bernie O’Halloran, Fundraising Executive, CUH Charity, said: “Everyone at CUH Charity is gearing up for a great night in Club Brasserie. We have a fun night planned with plenty of surprises in store. Events like this are so important to the hospital and we really hope the people of Cork will join us in supporting this worthy cause.”
The CUH Charity was established early in 2012 with the aim of fundraising to provide a wide range of life changing and lifesaving equipment and services for patients attending Cork University Hospital.
Cork University Hospital is the largest university teaching hospital in Ireland and is the only level 1 Trauma centre in the country, due to the presence of over 40 different medical and surgical specialties on the campus. Funds raised at this event will go directly to CUH and will be used throughout the hospital.
Tickets to the CUH Casino Night cost €75 per person and each guest will also receive $300 worth of fun money on arrival. This will give 30 bets on the Roulette tables or the Black Jack tables, with the option to buy more dollars on the night.
